…vows to use his legislative experience to change the narrative
…will create enough time to look at the issues of disabled persons
…vows to bring something new on board
The member representing Obio Akpor Federal Constituency, Rep Kingsley Chinda has said he knows much is expected of him at both his constituency and federal level as a fourth timer and hopefully he will embrace the challenges gleefully.
Speaking after collecting his Certificate of Return, CoR at the International Conference Centre, ICC venue used by INEC to present CoRs, Chinda noted that:
“As a fourth timer, I hope to bring something new on board using my legislative experience to properly put it proper perspective.
“I know so much is expected from me and I pray and fervently hope that I will put my wealth of experience into proper use for Nigeria and my constituents.
On the issues associated with BVAS and the elections generally, Chinda said:”I want to specially appeal to Nigerians that it's the first time we are putting it to use as time goes on it shall be perfected.
“Take my State for example, there was no violence of any kind, if it were to be like before you will hear of violence here and there but during this last election it was peaceful.
“As time goes the BVAS will be put in proper use, Chinda added.
On disabled persons, Chinda said,” I will personally seat with them and help to fashion what could be accommodated for them.
