Oyo state governor Seyi Makinde on Monday, dropped the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Professor Olanike Kudirat Adeyemo, from his cabinet.
According to a statement by the Special Adviser (Media), to the governor, Dr Sulaimon Olanrewaju, Makinde in the minor cabinet reshuffle named Professor Musibau Adetunji Babatunde as the new Secretary to the State Government.
The statement stressed that the minor cabinet reshuffle is with immediate effect
In the cabinet reshuffle, Barr. Temilolu Seun Ashamu has been moved from the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources to the Ministry of Budget and Economic Planning.
The statement also announced his Senior Special Assistant on Public Works, Ademola Aderinto, as a commissioner-designate and will consequently be presented to the Oyo State House of Assembly for screening.
It stressed that the appointment of Honourable Abiodun Adedoja as Special Adviser on Energy Security and Kolawole Elijah Akanmu as Senior Special Assistant on Budget and Economic Planning.
