Agbo: Foundation Conducts 2025 Outreach With Added Care For Ageds(Photos)

Chief and Dr Lolo Emeka Agbo Foundation’s yearly medical outreach took another dimension in December 2025 with an added care to the aged. The foundation beyond the usual medical outreach provided clothings, food items, foot-wears, coral beads for elders of five communities in Isi Uzo Local Governments.

Similarly all the multitudes who attended the medical out were fed and also given at least 10 kilogrammes of bags of rice each to help celebrate the new year. Participants at the medical programme which lasted for two days, (29th to 30th) December 30th 2025 number over 500.

Medical personnel which included doctors, nurses and laboratory scientists were over sixty. The doctors were drawn from various branches of medicine including surgeons, opticians, dentists, pharmacists and otologists.

Drugs and glasses were freely distributed to patients and many whose cases could not be handled immediately were referred to partnership hospitals. Minor operations were carried out by the surgeons instantly.

One of the opticians, Dr Isaac Mokwa who disclosed that he had been participating in the outreach for over five years described the exercise as phenomenon and called for institutional supports to Chief and Dr Lolo Emeka Agbo Foundation because of the surging crowd that are handled every year.

Chief and Dr Chioma Agbo, the proprietors of the foundation who fly in every year from the United States of America to carry out the outreach for over a decade now were full of joy that they were providing succor for the less privileged and the aged in their locality.

They were resolute and determined to continue to shoulder the responsibility as longs as the Almighty blesses them with the resources to carry out the programme describing it as divine call to reach out to the indigents.

The programme was rounded up on the 30th December 2025 with usual all night feast that continues till December, 31st morning accommodating people of diverse grades and standings.
