A Nigerian woman has shared a deeply emotional testimony after welcoming quintuplets following 10 years of waiting without a child, attributing the breakthrough to an encounter with the founder of Streams of Joy International, Jerry Eze.
According to her account, she and her husband endured years of childlessness without openly admitting their struggle. She revealed that during that period, she often presented her sister’s son as her own child in public.
“I don’t tell people I don’t have children, I don’t ever say it. I took my sister’s son and always told people this is my son,” she said.
She explained that her situation changed after she attended a prayer session where she had an encounter with the pastor, who prayed for her and her husband.
Shortly after, she said she conceived unexpectedly after a decade of no pregnancy or miscarriage, describing it as a turning point in her life.
“Papa Jerry prayed for us and said by this time next year, we would have children. In April, I took in without even knowing I was pregnant,” she said.
The woman further revealed that she eventually gave birth to quintuplets, describing the experience as overwhelming and miraculous after years of waiting.
She also shared that one of the babies was initially diagnosed with a heart condition, but said prayers and subsequent medical checks later showed improvement.
“They said one of my babies had a hole in the heart, but during prayers, it was declared healed. When I went back to the hospital, the doctor said everything was okay,” she added.
Her testimony has since sparked widespread reactions on social media, with many users expressing joy, faith, and encouragement.
One user wrote, “10 years wait, wow… God is powerful.”
Another added, “Nothing is impossible with God. Congratulations.”
The story continues to generate emotional responses online, especially among users sharing similar experiences of long-term waiting and faith-based hope.
