The fourth category covers professionals and skilled workers aged between 18 and 40.
The EFCC listed several eligible fields, including medicine, pharmacy, law, nursing, medical laboratory science, engineering, information technology, human resources management, financial analysis, media and publicity, policy analysis, research, planning, monitoring and evaluation.
Other areas include librarianship, estate surveying and valuation, driving, administrative and clerical services, as well as other legal and professional roles.
Applicants under the professional and skilled-worker category must have graduated from a recognised institution and possess an NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
Membership of a relevant professional association is an added advantage, while candidates seeking positions that require driving may benefit from possessing a valid driver’s licence.
The commission said all applicants must be Nigerian citizens, possess basic computer skills and declare all academic and professional qualifications.
Candidates must also be medically fit and provide evidence of fitness from a government-approved hospital.
The recruitment guidelines further require applicants to have no tattoos on any part of their bodies and not have criminal records.
Depending on the position applied for, candidates may be required to upload their National Diploma, HND or degree certificates, NYSC discharge or exemption certificates and relevant professional membership documents.
The portal requires supporting documents to be uploaded in PDF, JPG or PNG formats, subject to the specified file-size limits. Passport photographs must also be submitted in JPG or PNG format.
Shortlisted candidates will be required to present printed copies of their applications during the screening exercise.
The EFCC warned applicants against submitting multiple applications or providing false or inaccurate information, noting that either action would result in automatic disqualification.
It also stressed that the recruitment exercise is completely free, warning candidates against individuals or agents demanding money in exchange for recruitment opportunities or assistance.
Interested applicants can visit the official EFCC recruitment portal, recruitment.efcc.gov.ng, to review the requirements and submit their applications before the November 1, 2026 deadline.
