The Abia State Chapter of the Nigeria Labour Congress will commence an indefinite strike starting from Monday the 15th day of July 2024.
This was contained in a letter sent to Newsmirrorng.com which was signed by the NLC chairman Abia State chapter Comrade Okoro Ogbonnaya and State Secretary Comrade Sir Enogwe Ihechi
According to the letter, Abia State Government has failed to comply with the national directives of national minimum wage.
