Rep Chinda an apostle of robust opposition laced with uncommon penchant for the good of Nigerians has changed the narrative since he emerged HoR opposition leader last June.
Apparently satisfied with his uncommon style of leadership and massive empowerment programs for over 13years, his constituents felt there’s absolutely need to celebrate him.
Venue is St Mark’s Anglican Church, Elelenwo in Rivers State.
