Davido shares video as daughter Hailey heads back to school in private jet
Nigerian singer David ‘Davido’ Adeleke is in the news again for doting over his second daughter, Hailey Adeleke.
Recall that the father and daughter recently vacationed together in the Bahamas. However, it seems that their fun time is over.
Taking to his social media pages, the 30BG boss revealed that the time had finally come for his seven-year-old daughter to return to school and for him to go back to work.
Davido accompanied his message with a video of the young girl boarding his private jet. A photo also showed her posing for the camera in front of the aeroplane.
The singer wrote: “My baby back to school … and daddy back to work … year of the 5.”
The snaps of Davido’s second child, Hailey, going back to school after vacationing with him in the Bahamas drew the attention of some social media users. Many of them gushed over Hailey while some others advised the singer to pay attention to his first child, Imade Adeleke. Recall that Davido and Imade’s relationship seemingly hit the rocks after his custody battle with her mother, Sophia Momodu.
The social media influencer made some claims about the singer after their case was taken to court. She also raised her concerns about Imade being in Davido’s care considering the people that surround him and the tragedy that he recently suffered.

I regret advocating Mohbad’s exhumation – Iyabo Ojo
Popular Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo, has stated that she regrets advocating for the late singer Mohbad’s exhumation.
Iyabo Ojo during an interview with Biola Bayo on the ‘Talk to B’ podcast, expressed her regret following the burial delays and the ongoing disputes within the singer’s family.
“I wouldn’t have requested that Mohbad be exhumed If I knew his case would turn out this way.
“He hasn’t been buried till now. His dad says he wants DNA test done, and I heard the court has granted his request. But I heard his dad has conditions again.
“I just wanted Mohbad’s body exhumed so they could do the autopsy to find out the cause of his death.
“I did my best to be sure that everyone was investigated but when they came up with different theories, DNA became more important to them.”
Mohbad died on 12 September 2023 in a controversial manner, and buried the following day.
His body was, however, exhumed by the Lagos state police for an autopsy on September 21, 2023.
In October 2023, Mohbad’s father, Joseph Aloba insisted that the singer would not be reburied until a DNA test is conducted on the singer’s son, Liam.
