Nigerian lady cries out online after finding out that the man she’s been dating for 2 years is her uncle.
She took to the online video platform, TikTok to lament following the discovery.
An unusual discovery
In her narration, the lady revealed that she had recently discovered that her boyfriend was her blood relation.
She lamented that prior to the discovery, she and the man had been in a relationship for two years.
Expression of remorse and shame
The lady revealed that she had been left with feelings of shame and doesn’t know how to move on, knowing that she had dated someone related to her by blood.
She urged parents to endeavour introducing their kids to all their relations to avoid scenarios like hers.

“Parents please learn to introduce us to all our family members. I dated my uncle for 2 years without knowing we are blood related.
How do I move on now, the shame is too much.”
Netizens took to the comment section to console the young lady over her unfortunate situation, while simultaneously sharing their own experience. One @Amaka shared: “sorry my love same happened to me”

Nigerian singer, Flavour has revealed why it is difficult for him to commit to one woman.
Speaking in a video broadcast, the ‘Nabania’ crooner said he belongs to “the wild world” and not to a single woman.
The music star explained that unlike some men who are “domesticated”, he can’t be “caged.”
He said, “I am an explorer. I belong to the wild world. I belong to the street. Some men are domesticated but I am not. We belong to the wild world. I cannot be caged.”

2026 Guber: I Will Be There To Defend Our Votes – Davido Assures Adeleke
Afrobeats star Davido has stated that he will personally work to prevent electoral manipulation during the Osun State governorship election scheduled for August 15, 2026.
In a post on his Instagram story, the singer addressed attempts to tamper with votes and stated he would be present on election day to protect the process.
He also expressed support for his uncle, Governor Ademola Adeleke, who is seeking a second term under the Accord Party.
“On August 15, anybody who tries to rig go collect in the highest order. I will be in the field to defend our votes. Keke must ke if need be!!! @aadeleke_01, at your back, sir!” he wrote.
Davido shared a clip of former resident electoral commissioner Nnenna Otti discussing electoral fraud and linked his comments to that footage.
