BREAKING: FB, IG restored as Elon Musk ‘mocks’ Zuckerberg

The full functionalities of social media apps (Facebook, Instagram and Thread), owned by Meta, founded by Mark Zuckerberg, have been restored after a reported global outage.

NaijablitzNews.com reports the global outage of Facebook, Instagram and Thread lasted for about 30 minutes but not without X owner, billionaire Elon Musk making a meal out of the outage.

Microblogging platform, X (formerly Twitter) owned by Musk shaded Facebook users who flocked the former Twitter platform to verify if the app is down or not.

TNG reported the global outage suffered by Facebook and other apps owned by Meta, including Instagram and Thread on Tuesday.

Meta, founded by Mark Zuckerberg, was yet to release an official statement on the development but the glicth has now been resolved at the time of filing this report.

Following the outage of the three apps owned by Meta, users trooped X to confirmed if their accounts have been hacked or otherwise.

“We know why you’re all here rn [right now],” X tweeted shortly after the global outage of Facebook, Instagram and Thread.

“If you’re reading this post, it’s because our servers are working,” Elon Musk tweeted on his verified X account.
