People don’t understand how much you mean to me, Yul Edochie celebrates Judy Austin

Nollywood actor and pastor, Yul Edochie is celebrating his wife, Judy Austin on International Women’s Day.

In a lengthy post on his Instagram page, he stated that people don’t understand how much his wife means to him as he went on to list her endearing qualities.

He praised his wife for being strong, great, resilient, supportive, selfless, hardworking, and loving. He noted how she is always cheerful, ready to assist, and ready to put in the work.

Calling her an Angel in human form and a blessing to the world, the actor stated that it isn’t people’s business to understand. He admonished his wife to continue to emit love, happiness, and peace as she is unstoppable.

A few days back, Yul and Judy, who aren’t allowing the public perception and opinion about them to affect their love, released a video for their haters and critics. In the video, the couple was captured vibing to Boy Spyce and Khaid’s song, I Don’t Care (indirectly letting their haters know they don’t care about them).

In his caption, Yul stated that the video was dedicated to those who keep writing negative stories and negative comments about him and his wife.

Surprisingly, Don Jazzy, reshared the video on his Instagram page, gushing over their love, which he considers beautiful.

DJ Cuppy launches scholarship for African students

Florence Otedola, popularly known as DJ Cuppy, has introduced a scholarship programme to support African students at New York University (NYU).

The DJ and philanthropist announced the launch of the “Cuppy Fund” on Instagram, sharing her excitement about the initiative aimed at providing financial aid to African students pursuing studies at NYU.

“So PROUD to launch the Cuppy Fund for African students at New York University! 💜🎓🕊️ @cuppyfoundation @nyusteinhardt,” Cuppy wrote in her post.

Cuppy holds an impressive academic background. She earned a degree in business and economics from King’s College London in 2014 and completed a master’s degree in music business from NYU in 2015. In 2022, she graduated from the University of Oxford with a degree in African studies, and she recently completed her fourth degree at the London School of Economics.

Her philanthropic efforts began in 2018 with the establishment of the Cuppy Foundation. The foundation raised over N5 billion for the “Save the Children” initiative in Nigeria in 2019.

In recognition of her charitable contributions, Cuppy was named an ambassador for the Lagos SDGs Youth Alliance in 2021.

This new scholarship programme marks another milestone in DJ Cuppy’s ongoing commitment to empowering African youth through education and philanthropy.
