Chelsea will have to allow some of their first team members leave Stamford Bridge next summer in order to fund the signing of Napoli striker, Victor Osimhen.
Footballinsider via Caughtoffside, reports that the Blues are close to breaching the Financial Fair Play Rules if they go on to sign Osimhen and the other targets if they fail to sell some of the stars.
