A Court of Appeal Judge, Honourable Justice Theresa Ngolika Orji-Abadua is dead.
Justice Orji-Abadua died in the early hours of Friday, 8th March, 2024 at age 64.
Until her death, Justice Orji-Abadua was the Presiding Justice of the Court of Appeal, Benin Division.
A peep at her profile reveals that Justice Orji-Abadua hails from Ikeduru in Imo State. She sat on the bench for 27 years.
She was appointed to the Court of Appeal on 15 February 2008. Orji-Abadua read law at the London Metropolitan University, Nigeria Law school and the School of Arts and Social Sciences of Northumbria University in the UK.
