At the resume hearing this morning 5th April ,2024 court take appearance of counsel.
JS Okutepa SAN apply for the tendering of forenstic Expert report ,but the counsel to Ododo ,APC and INEC objected to the admissibility of the documents reasons that ,there were just served yesterday and that ,they needed time to study the document.
Okutepa SAN further argued that , you can take a day for cross examination of the witness and that ,he should be allow to go on as time is running against the proceeding having spends some day’s out of the time allocated.

The tribunal ruled in favour of SDP and Muri Ajaka for the Expert to tender his reports and that he can be cross exermine at a date agreed by the parties,he so ruled.
It could be recalled that ,a forestic Expert was employed by the SDP and its candidate ,Muri Ajaka for the inspection and analysis of all the documents used in the conduct of the kogi state governorship election held on 11th Nov,2023 including Bvas and today is here for the admissibility of the said documents.
