See full statement:
PRESS STATEMENT ISSUED BY HIGH CHIEF JACKO ELOHO THE MANAGING
DIRECTOR OF JACKMAQ INTERNATIONAL COMPANY LTD IN RESPECT OF THE
ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AND FORGERY OF TITLE DOCUMENTS BY SENATOR
IKECHUKWU OBIORA THE MANAGING DIRECTOR OF CORPORATE IDEALS
SECURITIES LTD IN RESPECT OF PLOT 413 CADASTRAL ZONE AO9 WITHIN
GUZAPE DISTRICT ABUJA
Gentlemen, following a series of sponsored advertisements in various Nigeria News
platforms between 1% and 24 April, 2024 by Senator Ikechukwu Obiora on the
alleged disobedience of Court Orders by the Nigeria Police and an alleged query
by the Attorney General of the Federation, it has become necessary as the beneficial
owner of this property to respond to the allegations published on various news –
platforms and to inform the general public on the goings on by setting the record
straight.
It is no longer news that he Nigeria Police following a Petition written by my good
self commenced and concluded investigation into the authenticity of the “Title”
documents which is being paraded by Senator Obiora in respect to Plot 413
Cadastral Zone AO9 within Guzape District, Abuja.
The result of the investigationforwarded to the Director of Land, AGIS and dated 6″
November, 2023 with reference No: CR: 3000/DFI/FHQ/CIU/ACJ/Vol. 40/732
goes thus:
“The investigation note’s that the FCDA has been consistent in her insistence that the R
of O presented for registration over the subject property by Corporate Ideals
Securities Ltd (even during their defence in Suit No: FCT/HC/CV/0924/2018
instituted by Corporate Ideals Securities Ltd against the Hon. Minister and the FCDA)
is forged document. The forensic analysis of the said R of O has corroborated this
fact thus establishing a prima facie case of perjury, conspiracy to commit forgery
and uttering forged document is established against the suspects who have done
everything to evade invitation to respond to the allegations. Consequently, it is
recommended the following charges should be file against them accordingly:
is Criminal Conspiracy as contemplated by section 96(1) of the Penal Code
ii. Forgery as contemplated by section 362(a) of the Penal Code
iii. | Uttering forged documents as contemplated by section 364 of the Penal
Code.
iv. A warrant for their arrest has been obtained.”
The above report has as it were robbed the Judgments being paraded by Senator
Obiora of any foundation on which to stand as the documents used in procuring the
Judgments are forged.
It is therefore important to prevail on the Inspector General of Police to direct that
action be taken in accordance with the recommendation to arrest and prosecute
Senator Obiora, and his company, Corporate Ideals Securities Ltd.
Let it be known that upon further complaint on the delay in effecting the prosecution
of Senator Obiora, | petitioned the office of the Attorney General who directed the
Director of Public Prosecution of the Federation (DPPF) to call on the Police to
forward the case file for prosecution, which he did by his letter dated 18″ January,
2024.
It is therefore impracticable for the Office of the Attorney General (AGF) to direct
the Police to enforce Orders which the AGF knows are based or obtained upon the
use of forged documents.
– Let the whole world know that the property Plot 413 Guzape District Cadastral
Zone AO9 Abuja belongs to Jackmag International Limited and not Corporate
Ideals Securities Limited.
– That the title to the above property paraded by Senator Obiora and his
company are forged as confirmed by the Report of the Police.
– That the Attorney General’s letter suspending all investigation and prosecution
of Senator Obiora is suspect as it contain several contradictions and legal
misstatements.
– That myself and our company have pending appeals against the civil judgment
fraudulently obtained by Senator Obiora and Corporate Ideals Securities
Limited.
That the whole world is by this press statement cautioned not to deal with Senator
IkechukwuObiora or Corporate Ideals Securities Limited in respect of Plot 413
Cadastral Zone AO9 Guzape District Abuja as the documents of “title” which they
have are confirmed to be forged.

Deportation Rate Of Nigerians From Italy, Germany, UK, Ireland, Others Alarming – Japa Queen
The rising number of Nigerians deported; From “Japa” to “Japada” by Divine Chukwuemeka: Why are so many Nigerians being deported?
Devine Chukwuemeka, also known as “japa Queen,” a Nigerian-born migration researcher who has volunteered to study people’s movement from one location to another, provides this curated rundown.
According to M.S. Devine, sharing her insights into people’s migration with Oriontimes, “First, I’ll give the contextual meaning of the keywords.”
JAPA; fled Nigeria for a different country in search of better pastures.
“JAPADA” is the opposite of “japa,” which means to return to Nigeria after escaping.
Deportation is the removal of a person from a country; in essence, you were “japa-ed,” but they pursued you back.
📍The extradition pace of a Nigerians particularly from Italy, Germany, UK, Ireland and Greece has turned into an issue of concern.
For instance, the United Kingdom approximately deported;
1,105 Nigerians in 2015; 22,800 Nigerians in 2023. As you can see, the numbers have skyrocketed, and some of the reasons for the deportation are as follows:
Lack of documentation; overstaying their visa’s residency period; stricter immigration policies—you entered the country when X was tolerated; now, X is not tolerated, so you must leave; illegal immigration; and most common is criminal activity or a track record—why did you kill the shopkeeper or sell drugs?
The process of being deported does not end there;
Financial difficulties—deportees might have to start over financially; emotional difficulties—family members might be unhappy with them.
Some deportees pose a threat to societal peace or struggle with instabilities, necessitating their placement in rehabilitation facilities. Reduced Remittances: the country would not benefit from the tax or revenue on the money they send into the country again. Bad name: deportation is not a good thing in its fundamental form, so it muddies the country’s name.
P.S., are you familiar with “Deportation”?
P.S.S., what other factors might cause nation X to expel migrants?
P.S.S.: Do you know anyone deported?
Please let me know if you gained any knowledge; I value your intellectual contributions.
