Ejaculate Regularly To Prevent Prostate Cancer – Expert Advises Men

Mr. Olarinde Olaoye Samuel, the Officer in charge of Advocacy, Communication, and Community Mobilization in Oyo State, has highlighted the potential benefits of consistent ejaculations during sexual intercourse in preventing prostate cancer in men.

Samuel, a health educator, shared this information during an advocacy meeting with members of the Nigeria Association of Women Journalists, South West ‘B’ Zone in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State. The meeting focused on Human Papillomavirus (HPV) and the introduction of the vaccine to combat cervical cancer.

According to Samuel, research suggests that men who abstain from sexual activities for prolonged periods may accumulate certain cells in their body systems, which could potentially lead to prostate cancer. However, engaging in sexual activities and consistently ejaculating may help flush out these cells, reducing the risk of abnormal cell growth and prostate cancer.

Samuel also discussed the HPV vaccine, noting that it was originally designed for girls. However, he mentioned that the vaccine’s ingredients could potentially assist in combating other cancerous activities in the body if taken by men.

In addition to emphasizing the benefits of consistent sexual activity and the HPV vaccine, Samuel urged people to undergo regular cervical and general cancer tests. He emphasized the importance of visiting a laboratory to analyze cell functionality and control any excessive cells. Samuel stressed that neglecting to undergo these tests could potentially jeopardize one’s health, as certain conditions may go undetected until it is too late.

He advised individuals to undergo medical check-ups at least once a year to proactively monitor their health status, thereby enabling early detection or prevention of ailments, particularly those related to cervical cancer.
