Russia has warned it will disable Britain’s nuclear deterrent in just “one day” if World War 3 begins, a Moscow military expert has claimed.
Putin’s regime is overseeing the development of £330,000 mobile nuclear shelters for major cities as the nation gears up for an apocalyptic war.
It comes after Putin pal Dmitry Medvedev, a former Russian president and prime minister, insisted the dictator is not bluffing in his nuclear threats.
Military expert Dr Yuri Baranchik warned Russia will carry out “Operation Unthinkable within one day” in the event of nuclear war.
He added: “We eliminate the nuclear potentials of Britain and France. This a) deprives Europe of its military-geopolitical status, which it has today and b) we reduce the number of nuclear powers [in the world] from nine to seven.
