The Choma Local Court in Zambia, has divorced a couple after the wife sued her husband on accounts of lack of s3xual satisfaction.
The 41-years-old wife, Precious Phiri, dragged her 42-years-old husband, Method Kanyamali, of Choma`s Kachacha area before two magistrates, Stanley Hankanga and Martin Siame at the local court seeking divorce.
According to the Zambia Observer, Precious testified in court that since their marriage in 2004, she has never experienced sexual satisfaction despite numerous attempts to seek assistance from religious leaders and family elders. She explained that despite her efforts, Method did not improve in the bedroom, and the situation worsened in 2016, prompting her to seek intimacy elsewhere.
However, Method countered by stating that his wife only began complaining about his alleged inadequacy after she obtained a Bachelor’s degree, which he financially supported despite his lack of education. Method further informed the court that his wife became pregnant by another man while they were still legally married, and she only disclosed this matter three weeks prior.
