It is one of the two important Islamic Festivals in the year after the Eid-ul-Fitr which marks the end of the Holy month of Ramadan. On this day, Muslims around the world attend special prayers at Eid grounds, following which they sacrifice animals ranging from sheep to cattle and camels.
