Lamine Yamal, a teenager from Barcelona, has been crowned the world’s finest young player by UEFA President Aleksander Ceferin.
Yamal has performed admirably for his nation and club.
At the beginning of Euro 2024, the 16-year-old became the youngest player in the history of the European Championship.
In their opening match at Euro 2024, Spain defeated Croatia 3-0, with the Barcelona winger setting up Dani Carvajal’s goal.
Regarding Yamal, Ceferin declared that he would sign the young player first if he owned a football team.
Relevo quoted Ceferin as saying, “If I owned a club, he’d be the first player I would buy if I had enough money.”
“He is the best young player in the world and soon he could be the best of all.”
