Peter Obi Hails Emeka Nnadi, Nigerian-Canadian based who had a community park named after him

Peter Obi, 2023 Labour Party Presidential Candidate has commended Emeka Nnadi, Nigerian-Canadian based renowned architect and community leader, who had a community park named after him in Canada.

Emeka Nnadi, a renowned architect and community leader made the headline few days ago as a community park which he helped developed and contributed immensely was named after him in Winnipeg’s Bridgwater, Canada.

According to reports, the renowned Nigerian architect helped to develop the Bridgwater area, by transforming what in 2006 was roughly 600 hectares of provincially owned farmland into multiple neighbourhoods with thousands of homes. Commending Nnadi, Obi described him as an inspiration and embodiment of Nigerian can do spirit. He however, reiterated that committed leadership, which will build a productive nation for our teeming youths, remains critical for national development. “I recently read an inspiring story about a Canadian-based Nigerian, renowned architect and community leader, Emeka Nnadi, who had a community park named after him in Winnipeg’s Bridgwater, Canada, due to his immense contributions to community development and societal growth.” Obi posted on X formerly known as Twitter.
