The House of Representatives will hold a stakeholders meeting on the process of developing a national digital economy on Tuesday July 9, 2024 in Abuja
The meeting is on the National Digital Economy & e-Governance Bill currently before the National Assembly.
The engagement will be held in collaboration with the Senate Committee on ICT & Cybercrimes, led by Senator Shuaib Afolabi Salisu.
Chairman, House Committee on Digital and Information Communication Technology, Rep. Adedeji Stanley Olajide said the engagement is in line with the commitment of the National Assembly to an inclusive process in lawmaking.
This he said will be the first of a series of engagements by the leadership of the Senate Committee on ICT & Cybercrimes and House Committee on Digital and Information Communication Technology in collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Communicatiob Information and Digital Economy.
