The police on Thursday beat up a photojournalist/reporter with the Daily Independent newspaper in Abuja, Mr Jide Oyekunle.
In a picture that is trending online, Jide who is also the Chairman of the Federal Capital Territory Correspondents Chapel was seen jacked up by two policemen at the eagle square, venue of the protest.
The also harrashed and intimate other journalists who were on ground to cover the peaceful protest.
