It was testimonials galore last weekend when Senator Manu Haruna began installation of solar energy in his Taraba Senatorial District.
It was a promise fulfilled as his constituents hailed this move by bringing light to them in place of so many years of darkness.
Speaking on the development, Alhaji Kabiru Talakalafiya at Talakalafiya Community in Bali Local Government, he said”We don’t know how to show our gratitude to our Senator.
“He has moved mountains to us by bringing alternative power to us. We equally appeal to other politicians to emulate this good gesture of Senator Manu.
Also, speaking in the same vein, Dhalatu Usman said:” we never expected this great work from Senator Manu Haruna and what we’ve been seeing in TV or Channels is what Senator Manu has brought to us in our community.
“Honestly, words alone can’t express how we are feeling right now because initially we thought it was a dream but now we can physically feel and touch things our Senator is doing for us.
The Talakalafiya youth leader, Imran hailed Senator Manu for this development which will go a long way in helping to transform the community.
He highlighted the positive impact this development will have on their daily lives, acknowledging the senator’s efforts in improving infrastructure and bringing sustainable energy to Takalafiya.
The youth leader emphasized how the solar power system will enhance access to electricity, foster economic growth, and improve the overall well-being of the community members.
