The Deputy Spokesperson of the House of Representatives, Rep. Philip Agbese, has reaffirmed the commitment of the leadership of Speaker Tajudeen Abbas to effective governance.
During a conversation with journalists at the National Assembly in Abuja, Agbese highlighted that despite the House being on recess, members have remained united in their efforts to improve Nigeria.
The lawmaker also dispelled any rumors of discord within the House, stating that Speaker Abbas has earned the trust of the members by promoting fairness, equity, and transparency.
He described Abbas as a true patriot, whose leadership has kept the House united and focused on its legislative duties. Members, he added, would continue to support the Speaker’s vision for a better Nigeria.
