Missile attack: Iran President cautions Israel

By Mario Deepromoter

Iran’s President, Masoud Pezeshkian, declared that the missile attack against Israel was a defence of Iran’s people and interests.

On X, Pezeshkian issued a warning, stating that Tuesday’s action represented “only a portion of our power.”

“This action was in defense of the interests and citizens of Iran. To let (Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin) Netanyahu know that Iran is not belligerent, but it stands firmly against any threat,” he wrote. “Do not enter into a conflict with Iran.”

Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, the supreme leader of Iran, also issued a Hebrew-language warning in a statement posted on X, stating that the “blows” on Israel would only get “stronger and more painful.”

“With God’s help, the blows of the uprising front will become stronger and more painful on the worn and rotting body of the Zionist regime,” he said.

Recall Israel initiated a ground invasion into Lebanon across its northern border prior to the barrage.

Hezbollah, a terrorist organisation supported by Iran, is the target of an Israeli military assault.
