NABTEB releases 2024 in-school NBC, NTC exams’ results

The National Business and Technical Examinations Board (NABTEB) has officially released the results of the 2024 in-school National Business Certificate (NBC) and National Technical Certificate (NTC) examinations.

Dr. Nnasia Asanga, NABTEB’s Acting Registrar/CEO, made the announcement from the board’s headquarters in Benin, emphasizing the importance of the prompt release in supporting education, especially in the field of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET).

“This achievement highlights the management’s dedication to improving education, particularly TVET,” Asanga stated. He added that the timely release of results would help candidates who seek admission into tertiary institutions.

According to the board, 44,000 candidates, accounting for 65.34% of those who sat for the NBC/NTC exams, secured five credits or more, including English Language and Mathematics. Additionally, 62,235 candidates (92.42%) obtained five credits or more with or without English and Mathematics.
