Apparently satisfied with Senator Manu Haruna’s transformational agenda in Taraba Central, the Emir of Gashaka has honoured him with the traditional title of Kauran Gashaka.
Recall that since the Senator representing Taraba assumed office last year June he has embarked on massive constituency projects across Taraba Central.
His projects cut across all boards from grants for small scale enterprises, festive packages, installation of solar powered equipment, medical outreach, training programmes and so many others across the district.
The delegation led by Professor Yusha’u Bali visited the Gashaka Emir’s Palace on Tuesday to convey Senator Manu’s message of gratitude to the Emir and the people of Gashaka.
The Emir of Gashaka, Dr. Zubairu Hamman Gabdo Muhammad, commended Senator Manu for his exceptional service and dedication to the community, which earned him the revered title.
The title of Kauran Gashaka signifies a warrior and protector, recognizing Senator Manu’s efforts in promoting the development and welfare of Gashaka and Taraba Central as a whole.
This honor further solidifies Senator Manu’s standing and influence within his senatorial district and the wider community.
