Senator Manu Haruna of Taraba Central Senatorial District has installed Solar powered streetlights located in Dan Anacha of Gassol Local Government Area, Taraba Central.
Senator Manu before now had perfected same feat in Manji axis and others locations in Taraba Central.
This is stemmed from the fact that his constituency is not connected to the national grid.
In a bid to alleviate this challenge his constituents are facing, Senator Manu in the last six months has embarked on massive installation of solar powered energy in his district.
This project aims to improve public lighting, enhance security, and support economic activities in the community by providing sustainable and reliable solar-powered lighting systems.
The initiative reflects Senator Manu’s commitment to fostering infrastructural development and improving the quality of life for his constituents.
The ongoing installation exercise is expected to benefit the residents by reducing reliance on traditional energy sources and enhancing nighttime safety and convenience.
