A horrible case has surfaced involving a former junior high school teacher, Cynthia Perkins, who admitted to serving cupcakes laced with her husband’s sperm to her students.
The 36-year-old teacher has been sentenced to 40 years in prison without parole for this heinous crime.
Cynthia, an English teacher, was married to Dennis Perkins, a former special operations deputy. Their crimes were uncovered when the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children tipped off authorities of the fact that the teacher was serving her students with cupcakes partly made from her husband’s sperm. The tip-off led to a raid on their home.
During the raid, investigators found disturbing evidence, including videos and photos of the couple engaging in appalling acts. One video revealed Cynthia, a teacher recording Dennis as he provided the sperm later mixed into cupcakes and energy drinks served to her students.
The investigation revealed the contaminated items were deliberately prepared and distributed to the children. Cynthia resigned from her teaching position the day after her arrest, while Dennis was terminated from his law enforcement role.
Cynthia claimed that Dennis manipulated her into participating in the crimes. However, the court held her accountable for her actions, sentencing her to 40 years behind bars. Dennis, who accepted a plea deal, received a 100-year sentence for his role in the offenses.
