With all necessary paperwork in place, Evangelista is expected to sign his contract soon, securing a long-term commitment to the Premier League side.

The teenager’s move aligns with Chelsea’s recent strategy of investing in young talents from South America, following similar acquisitions in recent transfer windows.

His arrival in 2026 is expected to provide Chelsea with another defensive option as they continue building for the future.

“Contract until 2032 to be signed soon, as he will join Chelsea in 2026,” Romano added
