NaijaBlitzNews reports that the head of the Lagos State branch of the National Union of Road Transport Workers Musiliu Akinsanya, popularly known as MC Oluomo, has warned those that will not vote for the All Progressives Congress in Lagos, Nigeria's commercial city to stay at home.
This online news platform understands that MC Oluomo made this threat at a gathering believed to be attended by supporters of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) ahead of Saturday, March 18 governorship election in Lagos state.
In a viral video on the micro-blogging site, Twitter seen by Newsone Nigeria, MC Oluomo, who spoke the Yoruba language, could be heard threatening to resist any Igbo who attempts to vote against his party, the APC. He later switched to pidgin English where he said: “If you no won vote for us, sit down for house
We have begged them. If they don't want to vote for us, it is not a fight. Tell them, mama Chukwudi, if you don't want to vote for us, sit down at home. Sit down at home,” he said
