Lawyers and supporters of Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, on Friday, held nothing back in their celebration following the judgement of the Appeal Court in Abuja.
The appellate court set aside the tribunal judgment that nullified the election of Adeleke during the July 16, 2022, Osun governorship poll.
The Justice Mohammed Lawal-led three-member panel in a unanimous decision held that Adeleke's appeal to challenge his sack by the Osun State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal was meritorious.
