Mauricio Pochettino has reportedly parted ways with Chelsea by mutual consent after intensive discussions with sporting directors Paul Winstanley and Laurence Stewart, along with co-controlling owner Behdad Eghbali.

The decision came following a thorough end-of-season review that commenced on Monday and concluded late Tuesday morning.
Fabrizio Romano, a well-known sports reporter, confirmed Pochettino’s departure via a post on X, stating, “Mauricio Pochettino and Chelsea part ways with immediate effect.
Chelsea and Pochettino have already agreed on terms, as @Matt_Law_DT reports. Chelsea will consider a young manager as a priority to replace Pochettino.”
