She said that mobile providers might restrict access based on bandwidth, media type, or other conditions.

According to Rogers, having Wi-Fi access can provide a solution.

She explained that connecting to the internet via Wi-Fi on your mobile device allowed you to watch matches without incurring additional costs beyond your internet connection fee.

Rogers also noted that if you were using a public Wi-Fi network, such as at a cafe, you could potentially stream matches for free.
