The late delivery of West African Examinations Council, WAEC, materials on Wednesday has sparked outrage in Osun State, forcing some candidates to write their exams at night.
This development was reported by many parents on social media on Wednesday night.
It was also gathered that MOLEK Islamic Comprehensive High School, Osogbo, and Osogbo Grammar School began their exams about an hour ago.
Parents and Guardians were also seen at the entrance of the schools awaiting their wards while some schools haven’t started the exams at the time of filing this report.
WAEC officials are yet to respond to inquiries about the incident, while stakeholders have called for an immediate probe into the logistics failures that led to the disruption.
