The Director General, Nigerian Law School, Bwari, Prof Isa Hayatu Chiroma, on Monday declared that posterity will be kind to the incumbent Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Chief Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, when the history of Legal Education and the justice sector would be written in Nigeria.
Chiroma, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), made the declaration during the official flag-off ceremony of the construction of the Male and Female Hostels at the Nigerian Law School, Bwari, Abuja.
He recalled that on the 9th of December 2024 during the flag-off ceremony for the construction of ten (10) units of staff quarters and donation of vehicles to the Nigerian Law School, the FCT Minister had promised to make a provision in the 2025 Budget for the building of 300-bed space Students’ Hostels for Male and Female students at the Bwari Campus of the Nigerian Law School.
Chiroma described the flag-off ceremony for the construction of the hostels as the fulfilment of that promise, adding that the hostels will go a long way in assisting the institution in fulfilling its mandate.

The Law School boss described Wike as a “great benefactor” for his kind interventions and huge support for Legal Education, particularly for the Nigerian Law School.
He also expressed appreciation to the , President of Federal Republic of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu,for approving the project, just as he commended the Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Prince Lateef Olasunkanmi Fagbemi,(SAN) as well as the Solicitor General of the Federation and Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Justice, Mrs Beatrice Jedy-Agba, for the support they had always given to the Nigerian Law School.
