…orders Kanu out of court
…court reconvenes without him
Justice James Omotosho of the Federal High Court in Abuja on Thursday morning, November 20, 2025, momentarily stepped out after the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, openly opposed his decision to deliver judgment in the longstanding case involving the Federal Government.
This is just as the judge orders him out of court, reconvenes without Kanu.
He later returned to continue proceedings after Kanu — who maintained that his trial was unlawful — was taken out of the courtroom by security personnel.
The matter is still being heard.
