Violence against women and girls whether physical, emotional, psychological, or economic—remains one of the most pervasive human rights violations worldwide. It undermines societal stability, weakens communities, and hinders national development. As an organization built on discipline, service, and community responsibility, Man O’ War Nigeria firmly condemns all forms of violence and discrimination targeted at women and girls.

We recognize the critical role that security organisations, community stakeholders, educators, and youth groups play in prevention efforts. Therefore, Man O’ War Nigeria reinforces its commitment to:

Promote continuous awareness through community outreach and educational programmes aimed at preventing gender-based violence.

Collaborate with governmental and non-governmental bodies to support policies, initiatives, and systems that safeguard women and girls.

Strengthen moral and civic training, especially among young people, to encourage respect, empathy, and responsible conduct.

Provide support and referrals for survivors through established partnerships with relevant agencies and support networks.

Today, we call on all Nigerians men, women, communities, institutions, and leaders to stand united in ending all forms of violence against women and girls. Protecting them is not only a moral obligation but a necessary foundation for peace, equality, and sustainable national development.

Together, let us create a Nigeria where every woman and girl can live free from fear, free from harm, and free to reach her highest potential.

Special thanks to our dynamic and visionary National Commander NC ADEDAMOLA GBENGA MIPM, MSS, MSR for always standing in for humanity and for giving the MAN O’ WAR NIGERIA NATIONAL FEMALE SQUAD a platform to lend their voice.
