The Tinubu Again Movement 2027 (TAM) said it has concluded arrangements for a solidarity march and support rally in Abuja in support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election bid.
The group said the march, scheduled for Wednesday, September 30, 2026, will begin at 9am from the Unity Fountain and proceed through Shehu Shagari Way before terminating at Eagle Square in the Central Business District.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, the Director-General of TAM, Dr Auwal Abdullahi Aliyu, said the event was planned as a public solidarity and appreciation gathering for members and supporters of the movement.
He said the rally will end with an address by the leadership of the organisation at Eagle Square.
Aliyu said the movement, under the leadership of the Minister of State for Defence, Dr Bello Mohammed Matawalle, was organising the march to demonstrate support for Tinubu and reaffirm its commitment to the President’s political vision and policies.
“We members and supporters of His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR are organising this massive solidarity March on Wednesday, 30th September 2026 in the FCT to show our maximum solidarity, love and to reaffirm our group’s commitment to the political vision and policies of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu,” he stated.
The Director-General said the Tinubu administration had continued to implement reforms which, according to the group, were targeted at economic growth and national stability.
He described the planned event as a peaceful solidarity march and urged participants to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the organisers’ expectations.
“This is a peaceful solidarity march. We encourage all members and supporters to portray a patriotic spirit as exemplified by our President, His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR and our leader, Dr Bello Mohammed Matawalle MON, the Honourable Minster of State Defence,” he added.
Aliyu added that security arrangements had been put in place for the event, including crowd management, traffic control, route management and protection of critical national assets.
