Nurse chops off sleeping husband’s manhood with kitchen knife over cheating fears
A woman has been accused of chopping off her husband’s penis with a kitchen knife while he was asleep, suspecting him of infidelity.
Marleni Rimarachin Colunche, a nurse, allegedly had an argument with her husband, Ivan Cespedes Sanchez, after he came home drunk.
After he fell asleep, it’s claimed she took a large knife and cut off his genitals. She then took him to the hospital where they both work in Chota, north of Lima, Peru, claiming his injuries were self-inflicted.
After receiving first aid, Iván had to be transferred to a larger facility in Chiclayo because his injuries were so severe on Saturday (11 February) morning.
He was awaiting imminent transfer to a hospital in Lima for reconstructive surgery.
It was only when questioned by police that she reportedly admitted to causing the injuries herself.
