Popular Nigerian musician Davido engaged in a spat with an Abuja-based barber and avid Wizkid fan, Callistus Okolie, known as @Kallystouch on Instagram. The altercation began when Okolie labeled Davido as the third biggest musician in Nigeria.

The exchange began when Okolie commented on Davido’s Dubai photos, stating, “The only 3rd man in the music industry 003.” Unimpressed with this ranking, Davido swiftly fired back, admonishing Okolie for prioritizing social media over real connections.

He expressed disappointment that Okolie had missed out on blessings by not fostering direct relationships. Furthermore, Davido highlighted instances where he had supported his previous barbers in establishing their own salons.

Displaying his disdain towards the criticism, Davido asserted, “My last three barbers, I opened shops for them. That is how you missed your generation’s blessing.”

On Monday, Okolie took a retaliatory jab, tweeting as @Kallystouch on X.com. He shared a video showcasing his exceptional barbering skills, subtly suggesting that Davido had missed out on the opportunity to receive a haircut from the best barber in Abuja. “Davido just missed the opportunity to have a haircut from the best barber in Abuja,” Okolie wrote.

This online confrontation has sparked intense discussions among fans of both Davido and Wizkid, as they eagerly watch for further developments in what promises to be an intriguing clash between two influential figures in the Nigerian music industry.

By Francesca Hangeior

Actress Uche Ogbodo has opened up on why she blocked May Edochie, Yul Edochie’s estranged wife, on social media.

Ogbodo’s decision came after her boutique store was robbed and May’s fans allegedly trolled her, implying the incident was karma for supporting Yul’s second wife, Judy Austin.

Ogbodo expressed frustration with May’s fans, who she said consistently mocked her and spread negativity.

She clarified that she blocked May due to her apparent tolerance for the toxic behaviour.

The actress defended herself, emphasising that karma doesn’t target innocent people with pure hearts.

She noted that true karma will come to those spreading evil and vile comments.

“No matter how toxic you get, you can never pass Wizkid’s FC. Stop watching my videos if it hurts so bad. Misfortune is life, and it’s rotational; it will surely swing. So wait for your own turn. Allow me to enjoy mine.

“Singing Karma Karma. Does karma visit innocent person? Someone whose heart is pure and not ridden with evil? Hell No!

“Thief stole my goods then it’s my Karma because I chose to mind my business. The real karma is coming to you for being evil and vile towards people.

“I blocked May because you wouldn’t let me like her pictures in peace. And she seems to enjoy the toxicity! So that pisses me off! As she cannot tell you to stop.”
