Eid-El- Kabir: Sen. Manu celebrates Muslim Faithful in his constituency, Tarabans, says it’s a period to exhibit love to all
The Senator representing Taraba Central Senatorial District, Senator Haruna Manu celebrates with Muslim Faithful in his constituency and Tarabans saying it’s a period to show love to all.
Senator Manu who was voted as one of the most outstanding lawmakers in a poll conducted to mark the tenth Senate’s first anniversary advised his constituents to celebrate this year’s Eid-El-Kabir by co-existing peacefully.
Manu emerged fourth as the most outstanding in quality constituency representation across board.
Manu who is the Deputy Chairman Senate Committee on Procurement and also Deputy Chairman Senate Committee on Domestic and Foreign Loans said:
” I wish Muslims Faithful and indeed all Tarabans a most memorable Eid-el-Kabir. As we are aware this season reminds us to place our faith in the compassion and wisdom of Allah and to be obedient to His instructions, as demonstrated by Prophet Ibrahim. True Muslims must adhere to peace, tolerance, justice, and charity.
” Also, in the spirit of this season, irrespective of our faith, rededicate ourselves to the dreams and aspirations of building a strong, united and economically sound country,” he said.
“At National Assembly I will continue to support and vigorously pursue matters in legislative businesses that will of great benefit to our constituency and Taraba State in general.

#OndoDecides2024: APC congratulates Aiyedatiwa, applauds Ondo electorate

The All Progressives Congress has congratulated the Ondo State Governor, Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, on his re-election in the just-concluded governorship election.
Aiyedatiwa won the election, having polled a total of 366,781 votes across all 18 Local Government Areas of the state.
He defeated his closest rival — Agboola Ajayi of the Peoples Democratic Party, who got 117,845 votes.
In a statement issued by the APC National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, on Sunday, and made available to PUNCH Online, the party described Aiyedatiwa as a “clear attestation” that his administration’s policies “resonated deeply with the electorate.”
The statement read, “The All Progressives Congress (APC) heartily congratulates the Governor of Ondo State, His Excellency, Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, on his re-election.
“Your Excellency’s resounding victory in the just-concluded Ondo State gubernatorial election is a clear attestation that your administration’s policies and programmes and campaign message of hope and consolidation have resonated deeply with the electorate.
