Apostle Suleman says he has forgiven those who impounded his private jet

Published

on

Apostle Johnson Suleman of the Omega Fire Ministry has narrated to his congregation how he was frustrated when he sent his private jet for servicing.

The cleric narrated this to his church members during one of his recorded programmes.

Suleman alleged that the people he sent his jet to for servicing wanted to force him into selling it off because they liked it.

He said they frustrated him for three years, allowing the plane spare parts to run out of time.

According to Suleman, God to him while he was praying to forgive them. If not, he might not make heaven if the trumpet sounds.

He said: “I have never said this anywhere in the world before but let me say it here for the first time. You want to hear it? I have never said it anywhere in the world. Let me say it for the first time.

“I got a jet, and after three months I noticed that they need to service the jet. I sent the jet for servicing. As the people got the jet, they saw that it was very fine, the people that will service it, they didn’t touch it.

“They refused to service it. We called them and called them, but they refused. For one year, they didn’t touch it.

“They made sure that all the parts, you know the aircraft the way it works, every part of the aircraft has a time frame, whether you use it or you don’t use it, if it’s more than one year, you have to change it. They didn’t touch it, they made sure all the parts ran out of time.

“I struggled and bought the parts again and said fix the new parts. They were not picking calls again. For three years they were begging ‘this plane is fine, please sell it to us’. I said: are you people running mad? Okay, don’t fix it again.’

“But you can’t fly it when it’s not in shape, the aviation industry will bill you. Three years I begged, I pleaded. I almost started crying. I said ‘give me’. They said ‘sell it for (sic) us’.

“I now came with a strategy. The strategy I came up with will close down the company. I was praying, the Lord said forgive. Three years! Do you know what that means? And I only used that plane for three years.

“After three years, I was praying one day, the Holy Ghost said ‘if the trumpet sounds now you won’t go to heaven’. I said why. He said it’s because of forgiveness. I said: Father, are you aware of what they did to me?’

“Imagine repairing a thing three times because people are just wicked. The Lord said let it go. When I let it go, one of them called one of my boys and said: ‘Please, we cannot sleep. We are in trouble. We want to fix this thing. Tell your ‘Oga’ to come and carry it and go. Let him come and carry it.’ So that’s how they ran around.

“For three years. You see us standing on the pulpit. We are smiling, we are jumping but you don’t know what we are going through.”

Bitcoin hits $90,000 for the first time as Trump backs crypto

Published

on

Bitcoin reached a record high above $90,000 on Wednesday, as the world’s largest cryptocurrency gained from President-elect Donald Trump’s pledge to ease regulation on digital assets.

Bitcoin surged to a peak of $91,000 before settling at $90,670.

The volatile asset has soared since Trump’s US presidential election victory last week, repeatedly setting new records.

Trump had pledged during his campaign to make the United States the “Bitcoin and cryptocurrency capital of the world.”

His previous term included corporate tax cuts that boosted market liquidity, encouraging cryptocurrency investment.

In September, Trump announced he and his sons, along with entrepreneurs, would launch a digital currency platform called World Liberty Financial. However, its sales launch earlier this month was lacklustre, with only a fraction of tokens sold.

Cryptocurrencies have drawn global attention, marked by extreme volatility and the collapse of major industry players, including the FTX exchange.

In the lead-up to the election, Trump reportedly became the first former president to use Bitcoin in a transaction, buying burgers at a New York restaurant that hailed it as a “historic transaction.”
