Kano gov celebrate Kwankwaso at 68

Governor Abba Yusuf of Kano State felicitated the presidential candidate of the New Nigerian Peoples Party during the 2023 general election, Dr Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso, on the occasion of his 68th birthday anniversary.
In his congratulatory message to the national leader of the NNPP, Yusuf, on Monday, extolled Kwankwaso’s leadership quality and range of political influence that cuts across the length and breadth of the country.
In a statement by Sanusi Bature, the governor’s spokesperson described Kwankwaso as a principal and mentor who has built millions of leaders in all human endeavours.
According to the governor, “In the 38 years I’ve known and worked with you. I’ve picked up so many valuable life lessons and experiences. You are indeed an embodiment of honesty, dedication, and service to people.
“Your political philosophy has impacted communities, inspired quality leaders, and contributed profoundly to humanity. You are indeed an undisputable force in Nigeria’s politics and a master of Northern politics.
“In the journey to serving humanity, you have occupied positions, including Deputy Speaker, Federal House of Representatives, Governor of Kano State, Minister of Defence, Special Envoy to Darfur and Somalia, Senator of the Federal Republic, and Presidential Candidate of our great party, the NNPP, in the 2023 general elections.
“On behalf of my humble self, family, government, and the good people of Kano State, I wish you more years of service to humanity in Nigeria and beyond,” the statement read.

Just in: Ex-HoR member finally regains freedom after serving jail term in Kuje
Ex- House of Representatives member, Hon Farouk Lawan has finally regained freedom after serving his jail term at Kuje custodial.
Lawan in a statement he personally signed thanked his family and friends who supported him while serving his jail term in Kuje.
