The discussions were described as cordial and forward-looking.

Senior officials from both sides, including Nigeria’s Ambassador Janet Olisa and Israel’s Ambassador Sharon Bar-Li, oversaw a technical session where key issues ranging from security, intelligence sharing, and counter-terrorism strategies were brought to the fore.

Both parties acknowledged that global security challenges demand international cooperation and pledged to bolster joint efforts in tackling terrorism financing and enhancing security training.

In addition to security matters, the talks spanned a broad spectrum of areas including technology, innovation, agriculture, culture, tourism, and immigration.

The delegations also stressed the importance of capacity building and modern approaches to border management.

A notable outcome of the meeting was the mutual agreement to initiate study tour exchanges as a means of fostering understanding and practical cooperation across sectors.

Both sides firmly commited to maintaining regular dialogue and reinforcing their partnership at bilateral and multilateral levels. The meeting underscored a shared desire to align on international platforms while pursuing mutual interests and regional stability.
