It was jubilation galore last month as 20 beneficiaries of Rep OK Chinda graduated from Maritime Academy in Obio/Akpor Federal Constituency in Rivers State.

The 20 beneficiaries got starter packs and stipends as they become skilled workers standing on their to begin a life of being self employed.
Rep Chinda in the last 14 years of his political career has embarked on various projects under the ‘I win you win ‘ scheme designed to elevate both indigenes and non-indigenes of Obio/Akpor Federal Constituency.
