Again, the Rep O.K. Chinda powered ‘I win U win program’ has sponsored 20 graduates of Obio/Akpor Federal Constituency in Rivers State to the prestigious Charkin Academy.
Available records showed that about 18 of the 20 selected beneficiaries of the Charkin Maritime Academy training sponsored by the Minority Leader of the House of Representatives, Rep. O. K. Chinda, began their training today (Monday).
The other 2 will be joining the class later this week when they conclude their medicals. 
The Administrator of the Obio/Akpor Federal Constituency office, Chief Kenneth George-Oparati (JP), while officially handing over the students selected from the 17 wards in Obio/Akpor Federal Constituency, admonished them to take the training very seriously. He emphasised that it is a big one and they are lucky to be the ones selected.
Charkin Maritime Academy, known for its professionalism and standard of training, has promised to give this set of beneficiaries the best as usual.
The ‘I win U win’ program has been championing well orchestrated empowerment, skills acquisition, scholarship, purchase of JAMB forms for both indigenes and non indigenes in the constituency since 2012.
